An exotic, bold and smoky blend that’s great as either a rub or marinade.
Use 1-2 Tbls per pound of meat – rub meat with seasoning and refrigerate for at least 2-4 hours or overnight before cooking. Or make as a marinade with 1/2 c olive oil, 1/2 c balsamic, 1/2 c citrus juice, 3-4 Tbls seasoning – marinate for 2 hrs to overnight in the refrigerator
