Sweet & Tangy Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4-6 thick cut pork chops
- 1/4 c Cherry Balsamic (or sample size bottle)
- 1/4 c Lime EVOO (or sample size bottle)
- 1 Tbls honey (optional, but we like it)
- 2 tsp Cumin Seed
- 1.5 tsp Caraway Seed
- 1 tsp Tarragon leaf
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
- Combine everything in a large ziploc bag and marinate chops for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator
- Move to the counter and let warm to room temp while preheating grill or oven (350° F)
- Make certain meat is well covered with marinade
- Grill 4-5 min per side or until desired doneness, or
- Bake at 350° for at least 20-25 min or until desired doneness.
