Roasted Salmon with Balsamic

Sure to become a go-to for your next dinner party or barbecue, this flaky tender salmon flavored with a delicious marinade featuring our oil, vinegars, and seasonings will delight everyone’s tastebuds. Serve with your rice, grilled/roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.

For the Marinade:

Whisk together and set aside about 1 Tbsp.

For the Salmon:

  • 1.5 pounds of Salmon fillets

Place salmon in a non-metal dish with a cover or in a ziplock bag, add the marinade and gently toss with the salmon to cover completely. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to an hour) and then transfer to a foil-lined baking dish.

Bake at 450 F (or grill over medium hot coals/flame) until fish flakes easily with a fork. Brush with the saved marinade and return to oven for another minute to set the glaze, then ENJOY!
