Za’taar

This spice blend is a staple in many Arab households, much like salsa is used in other regions. Use to season meat (especially good for lamb and chicken), sprinkle on vegetables (particularly potatoes), or hummus. Mix with our Meyer Lemon EVOO or Fresh Harvest Garlic EVOO and use as a dip or spread for flatbread or pitas, or toss with heirloom tomatoes and serve on toasted baguette with a drizzle of your favorite balsamic.
