Sweet and spicy – for a traditional Thai tea, brew it strong then add 2 Tbsp evaporated milk and 1 Tbsp (or more) sweetened condensed milk. Wonderful hot or iced!
Brew: 1-3 tsp tea in 8oz boiling water, steep 3-5 min
