“Coriander is the seeds of cilantro. The seeds have a mild flavor that is sweet, nutty, herbal, and citrusy. Dry roast them for a more robust flavor (don’t use the roasted seeds in sweet applications)
PRO TIP: Coriander is considered the “peacemaker” of spices. If you’ve used too many cloves or cardamom, add up to twice as much coriander to balance it.”
