Baton Rouge Creole Seasoning


A zesty salt-free mix of herbs and spices – use to season fish, shellfish, chicken, pork and even tofu! Great as a blackening spice for your favorite protein.

Use 1-2 Tbls per pound of meat. Season well, refrigerate for at least 30 min.

Recipe Idea: Dip chicken, pork chops, fish fillets, or tofu steaks in Butter Olive Oil, then generously season, patting in. Heat pan to sizzling, add 2 Tbls Butter Olive Oil, and immediately add your protein, cooking until spice has darkened, then flip and continue cooking until meat is done (turn heat down if needed for more cooking time) and spices on this side are also darkened.
